Joining the YMCA is a lifestyle change. We will work hard to build a relationship with you and your family. Our wellness and programming staff will be there to help you reach your goals by providing support and motivation.

As you begin to get acquainted with us you will be taking the first step toward a healthier spirit, mind and body.

We would love to have you join our YMCA family in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We now have over 8,000 members! There are multiple ways of paying for your membership:



1. Monthly Bank Draft: It is easy for you to maintain a continuous YMCA membership through our monthly bank draft program. We require one month down plus the joiner's fee, then your membership dues are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month (approximately the 15th) and your membership remains active until a cancellation is requested. To cancel your membership, we need you to come in and sign a cancellation form before the 10th of the month or send us a letter stating that you want your membership cancelled.



2. Annual Membership: A one-year membership may be purchased by paying the full amount in cash, check, or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Membership dues are non-transferable and non-refundable.



3. Financial Assistance: It is the policy of the YMCA of Scottsbluff to provide services to all those who need membership regardless of ability to pay established fees. Those not able to pay a fee may be awarded full or partial assistance based on their demonstrated ability to pay and the YMCA's ability to fund the amount requested.

5. Family Membership: For purposes of a family membership, the YMCA of Scottsbluff defines a family as a married couple (as defined by Nebraska law) and unmarried children through the age of 18 living within one household. Unmarried children, 19-23, may be on membership only if the child is a full-time college student (student semester schedule is required for verification) or is in the military with proper military I.D. If parents have different last names, a marriage certificate or other formal documentation must be presented at the time of registration. Foster children or other children under the legal guardianship of a parent may be added to a family membership by providing a copy of the official court documents awarding the member custody of the child.

Joiner's Fee for a new member is $35.00 for an individual or $45.00 for a family.

6. Day Passes:

*Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult, one child under the age of 8 will be admitted free with the purchase of one adult daily membership.

Donations: There are many ways to give to the YMCA. Your donation make our mission possible: To not turn anyone away due to inability to pay. With your help, thousands of kids and families have the opportunity to participate in nurturing programs that help them grow in spririt, mind and body.
